ONTHEGO Singapore is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you once the order is handed over to the delivery carrier.

Shopify is not responsible for products sold, customer service, refunds, or disputes arising from your purchase.
